- How can I deposit money to the account?
All the available payment methods are listed in the Add Funds section of your My Omicrex personal area.
E-currency deposits (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Namecoin, etc.), payments via redeemable codes and instant banking services are processed instantly within 1 or 2 minutes. Wire transfer deposits can take 3-5 working days. If you made your deposit and the money has not been added, please fill in the Notice About Payment form in My Omicrex personal area (see the question 5).
Omicrex doesn't place any restrictions on using multiple payment options.
Please type only the value of your deposit. Do not use the «$» symbol or any other: 40 (40.00) – right, $40 or 40$ – wrong.
Remember that minimum deposit is USD 1.00 (EUR 1.00, RUB 1.00) unless otherwise required.
Please log in to My Omicrex, select Add Funds, choose the payment method used for deposit and click the notification form link. Fill in the Notice about adding funds form. After your request is processed successfully, the funds will be transferred to your Omicrex account.
The operation will only take a few minutes. There is no need for transaction approval from financial department of the company.

Yes, you can transfer funds from your Omicrex eWallet to another Trader’s eWallet using External transfer.
- Indicate the eWallet of the Omicrex account you want to transfer funds to and click Next.
Note: If you do not know the eWallet number you want to transfer funds to you may indicate registration number of any trading account attached to this eWallet or email. The system will identify the eWallet number automatically and the funds will be transferred to this eWallet.
Fill in the form:
- Choose your Omicrex eWallet and the currency.
- Indicate the amount you want to transfer.
- Enter your eWallet PIN code.
- Click Confirm to process the transaction or Cancel to cancel it.
After you click Confirm your transfer request will be put into queue and processed by the financial department within 24 hours. If no problems found the amount will be sent to the account you indicated.
The current status of your payment request can be easily checked. Click Omicrex eWallet on the left of My Omicrex area. You will see all the transactions (credit/ debit) you've made on this account. The payment may have one of the following statuses:
- Pending - your request is in progress;
- Succeed - your request is successfully completed;
- Rejected - your request was rejected by the operator. Click Details to find out the reason for the rejection of the request.
If you need to transfer funds from one currency pocket into another one, please use the Transfer → Currency Exchange.
Such currency exchange operations between your eWallet currency pockets usually take a few seconds.

Please log in to My Omicrex personal area, select menu Add Funds → Wire transfer, you will see our bank details there. The invoice is valid for 3 business days. Wire transfer deposits usually take up to 3-5 working days before the money is added to your Omicrex account.
